در قسمت پایین هود و همچنین در قسمت خارجی اچ پی دارای صفحه نمایش لمسی 14 اینچی فول اچ دی با رزولوشن 1920 در 1080 پیکسل است جدای از آن باتری این نوت بوک قادر به 9 ساعت کار مداوم است . دیگر مشخصات سخت افزاری آن عبارتند از 2 گیگابایت رم DDR3 با فرکانس 1600 مگاهرتز ، 16 گیابایت حافظه داخلی ، بلوتوث نسخه 4 ، وای فای 802.11b/g/n و پردازنده انویدیا تگرا 4 ، و البته با کمی تعجب سیستم عامل اندروید 4.3 به جای ویندوز ، سیستم عامل اصلی این نوت بوک است در حالی که ویندوز نیز به بهترین شکل قادر به کار با صفحات لمسی است .
از سایر مشخصات این نوت بوک اندرویدی می توان به وب کم جلویی اچ دی به همراه میکروفون دیجیتال ، رم ریدر میکرو اس دی ، 3 در گاه USB و HDMI اشاره کرد
اچ پی اوایل ماه ژودن اعلام کرد خرده فروشی نوت بوک HP SlateBook 14 شروع شده و در سراسر ایالت متحده با قیمت بسیار مقرون به صرفه 430 دلار در دسترس است و مطمئن باشید به عنوان یک نوت بوک دارای خصلت های بسیار دوست داشتنی است .

The HP Slatebook 14, a notebook that was spotted on a website a few months back, is now available for purchase and read to be shipped all the way to the front of your doorstep. The thing is, is the HP Slatebook 14 worth forking out good money for? Let us take a closer look at this 14” device right after the jump.
Underneath the hood as well as on the outside, the HP Slatebook 14 will feature a 14” touchscreen display at Full HD resolution – that translates to 1,920 x 1,080 pixels of goodness. Apart from that, one will also be able to enjoy up to 9 hours of battery life with this puppy, where other hardware specifications include 2GB RAM and an NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor, with the surprise factor being Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean as the operating system of choice, rather than Windows which we are so used to these days when it comes to touchscreen capable notebooks.
Originally announced in June this year, the HP SlateBook 14 has started to ship to retailers around the US, where it is available for a highly affordable $430. Some might see this as a halfway notebook, or a notebook that never was, but I am quite sure it has its quirks that are lovable.
