تا کنون مشخصات زیادی را در مورد جدیدترین محصول سامسونگ یعنی اسمارت فون گلکسی آلفا منتشر کرده ایم. اما در اینجا به ذکر 5 نکته از مهمترین ویژگی هایی که می بایست در مورد آن بدانید می پردازیم.
1. مواد جدیدتر برای بهتر یا بدتر شدن:
سامسونگ همیشه به استفاده از مواد پلاستیکی براق برای گوشی های خود از Galaxy S3 گرفته تا Galaxy S5 و همین طور دوخت های جعلی برای Galaxy Note3 عادت داشته است. اما علت این امر بنا به دلایل منطقی بوده است: ارزان، قابل انعطاف، قابل تعویض و ضد ضربه بودن. اما به نظر می رسد بالاخره خبرهایی از تکرار بی پایان مواد فلزی با کیفیت بالای ساخت از کمپ سامسونگ به گوش می رسد. با وجود همه منتقدان سامسونگ، ما این انتخاب جدید را بدون هیچگونه دلیلی و فقط بخاطر اینکه مدت ها منتظر آن بوده ایم، تحسین می کنیم. سامسونگ بطور واضح از زوایای فلزی برای قرار دادن زاویه ای شیک و درجه یک استفاده نموده است.از نمای جلو به نظر می رسد که آلفا شبیه به GlaxyS2 به روز شده است. سامسونگ این بار طراحی خود را بیشتر شبیه به مستطیل نموده و از طراحی لبه های منحنی شکل که شاهد آن در دیگر محصولات هستیم، صرف نظر کرده است.
این روند طراحی که قبلا در گوشی های Galaxy S5 و Note 3 مشاهده شده بود، نوع یکسانی از منحنی های تنگ تر را در گلکسی آلفا پدید می آورد. ترکیب این طراحی با قاب آلومینیومی، نوک پیکان سامسونگ را به سمت آیفون نشانه می رود. گوشی های آیفون همواره به داشتن لبه های سخت و گوشه های باریک مشهور بوده اند. اما این بار گلکسی آلفا به وضوح یک تصویر از ظاهر قدیمی گوشی های آیفون است.
2. چیز زیادی تغییر نکرده است:
هرچند که ممکن است با انتخاب قاب فلزی، سامسونگ از مسیر انتخاب مواد اولیه کمی منحرف شده باشد، اما همه چیزهای دیگر دقیقاً همان است که از پیش انتظار آن را داشتیم و تغییر چندانی را در محصول جدید سامسونگ مشاهده نمی کنیم!
از طرف دیگر محل قرار گیری فلاش دوگانه دوربین آن، 90 درجه نسبت به Galaxy S5 چرخش داشته و بجز یک بلندگوی کوچک در گوشه ی پایین دستگاه، تغییر قابل توجهی مشاهده نمی شود.
اگر شما یکی از طرفداران سامسونگ هستید، از شنیدن این خبر خوشحال می شوید اما اگر امید به خروج سامسونگ از طراحی های قبلی را دارید، ممکن است کمی نا امید شوید.
3. قاب جدا شدنی پشت: باتری قابل تعویض
یکی از مباحث مورد علاقه طرفداران سامسونگ، قابلیت تعویض پذیری باتری آن است. شکی نیست که این مورد یکی از نقاط قوت هر دستگاه سامسونگی است. به ویژه در این روزهای اخیر که تقاضای بیش از اندازه از قدرت گوشی ها و نا امیدی بیشتر از میزان شارژدهی باتری یک اپیدمی شده است. گلکسی آلفا چندان محصول متفاوتی نیست. قاب پشت( از جنس پلاستیک که همچنان لایه ای از چرم روی آن را پوشانده) قابل جدا شدن بوده و باتری آن نیز براحتی تعویض می شود.
اما قسمت بد داستان هنوز باقی مانده است: باتری گلکسی آلفا تنها 1860 میلی آمپر قدرت دارد که بخاطر حفظ ضخامت 6.7 میلی متری گوشی از توان آن کاسته شده است. البته ما این فرض را هم در نظر می گیریم که تکنولوژی باتری Lucid Logix که پیش از این در Glaxy S5بکار رفته است، در گلکسی آلفا نیز بکار گرفته شده و با وجود ظرفیت کم باتری، شارژدهی خوبی داشته باشد.
4. عدم پشتیبانی از کارت حافظه:
متاسفانه هیچ اسلات کارت حافظه ای که قبلاً یکی از نقاط قوت سامسونگ در برابر دیگر سازندگان بود، در گلکسی آلفا مشاهده نمی شود . اما چرا سامسونگ باید خود را محدود به ذخیره سازی اطلاعات تنها در حافظه داخلی گوشی کند؟ پاسخ این پرسش می تواند فشار بیش از اندازه گوگل بر سازندگان جهت حذف حافظه های خارجی از دستگاه های تولیدی و ذخیره اطلاعات بر روی cloud storage به علت مشکلات ایمنی حافظه های micro sd باشد. گلکسی آلفا با حافظه داخلی 32 گیگابایتی عرضه می شود. بنابراین سامسونگ واکنش مشتریان خود به این موضوع را می تواند بررسی کند و حافظه جانبی را از روی دستگاه های خود به تدریج حذف کند.
5. سنسور اثر انگشت و نمایشگر ضربان قلب:
در برخی جنبه ها گلکسی آلفا با دوربین کم قدرت، باتری ضعیفتر، عدم پشتیبانی از کارت حافظه و صفحه نمایش با تراکم پیکسل کمتر به نوعی ضعیف شده ی Galaxy S5 است. اما سامسونگ تصمیم گرفته تا برخی ویژگی های Galaxy S5 را در گلکسی آلفا حفظ کند: نمایشگر ضربان قلب و سنسور اثر انگشت. از آنجا که تمرکز سامسونگ بر طراحی باریک بدنه گلکسی آلفا بوده است، سرمایه گذاری سامسونگ بر روی اسکنر اثر انگشت و کاهش رزولوشن دوربین کمی عجیب به نظر می رسد!
Samsung Galaxy Alpha: five things you need to know 1. New build material for better or worse Samsung has always been associated with plastic housing, from the shiny plastic of the Galaxy S3 to the Band-Aid dimples of the Galaxy S5 to the fake stitching on the Galaxy Note 3. Samsung has stuck with plastic for good reasons: it is light, cheap, flexible, replaceable and shock absorbent. But it would seem that the endless repetition of a metal material with premium build quality has finally been heard at Camp Sammy. Despite all the critics: we applaud this new choice of material if for no other reason than it is a style change we’ve been waiting a long time to see. Samsung are clearly using the metallic angle to push the stylish and classy angle, as you can see in the official product video: The Alpha looks from the front a little bit like a refreshed Galaxy S2. Samsung has made the profile more rectangular and taken away a lot of the familiar curved edges we’ve become accustomed to. This trend was already observable in the S5 and the Note 3 shares the same kinds of tighter curves as what we’ve seen so far of the Galaxy Alpha. In combination with the aluminum frame, the Alpha definitely seems to make a nod towards the iPhone as well. Apple’s smartphones have always known for their hard edges and tight corners and the Alpha is clearly a shot over the bow of Apple’s traditional styling. 2. Nothing else has changed much Samsung may have taken a slight deviation from the material path with their choice of a metallic frame, but everything else is exactly what we’ve come to expect from Samsung, meaning not much of a change from what has come before. Other than a camera lens and dual flash array that has been rotated 90 degrees from the Galaxy S5, there’s nothing that’s going to jump out at you design wise other than the little ”ears” at the corners. If you’re a fan of Samsung’s design then you’re in luck, but if you were hoping for a more radical design departure you might be disappointed. 3. Removable back: changeable battery still on board A favorite argument for all Samsung fans is the ability to replace the battery. There is no doubt that this is one of the strong points of any Samsung device, especially in these days of high power demands and underwhelming batteries. The Galaxy Alpha is no different – the back (made of a flexible plastic with yet another variation on the leatherette theme) is removable, with a replaceable battery underneath. The bad part of the story is that it is only a 1,860 mAh cell. This is in aprt to keep the thickness down to just 6.7 mm, but we also presume that the Lucid Logix battery tech present in the Galaxy S5 has been included to squeeze a lot of extra life out of a relatively small battery. 4. No microSD card expansion Sadly there is no microSD card slot on the Alpha, another of Samsung’s best defenses against other OEMs. Why Samsung would choose to hobble themselves by limiting storage to on board only is anyone’s guess, but we already know that Google is putting pressure on OEMs to ditch SD cards in favor of cloud storage due to the security issues involved with removable storage. The Alpha will simply come in a 32 GB version, so this could be Samsung testing the waters (or customer backlash) for denying expandable storage to future devices as well. 5. Fingerprint sensor and heart rate monitor In some ways the Galaxy Alpha seems to be a crippled S5, with lower resolution screen, weaker battery, possibly no microSD and a lower resolution camera. But then Samsung has decided to add in a few of the additions debuted on the S5: the heart rate monitor and finger scanner. While we can understand Samsung wanting to maintain its fitness focus with the Galaxy Alpha, it seems slightly strange that it would invest on the finger scanner which wasn’t very well received at all and then cut the resolution on the camera.
