G3 هر روز با یک مدل و آرایشی جدید در بازار اسمارت فون ظاهر می‌شود و احتمالا باید ماه‌ها نیز طول بکشد تا از نسل بعدی این اسمارت فون ها یعنی LG G4 اخباری را بشنویم؛ اسمارت فونی که باید چون G3 دست به اقدامات ساختارشکنانه ای در بازار بزند.حال شاید برای شما سؤال باشد که چرا آن را G4 صدا می‌زنیم؟ برای شروع باید گفت که بعید به نظر می‌رسد ال‌جی بعد از شروع سری G به این آسانی و در میان این بحبوحه چنین برندی را رها کند. اما حالا سندی نیز وجود دارد که این گمانه‌زنی‌ها را کاملا تأیید می‌کند.
خبر رسیده که ال‌جی نام تجاری LG G4 را در کشور کره جنوبی به ثبت رسانده، پس می‌توان با اطمینان کامل گفت که پرچم‌دار آینده ال‌جی چنین نامی خواهد داشت.
اما G4 تنها نام ثبت‌شده نیست و ال‌جی برای اطمینان از عدم استفاده از نام‌های تجاری آغاز شده با حرف G، نام‌های G5، G6، G7، G8 و G9 را نیز ثبت کرده است. بدین ترتیب خیال ال‌جی برای استفاده از نام‌های G تا سال 2020 آسوده خواهد بود. این اتفاق به روشنی مصداق بارز ضرب‌المثل «هیچ‌وقت ترکیب تیم برنده را تغییر نده» محسوب می‌شود و دلیل محکم دیگری برای استفاده هر چه بیشتر از برند همیشه پیروز G می‌باشد.
ال‌جی سری G را با اسمارت فون LG Optimus G در سال 2012 آغاز کرد و سال پس از آن نیز با G2 جایگاه خود را در بازار مستحکم‌تر کرد. امسال نیز طبق پیش‌بینی ها ال‌جی G3 به بازار راه پیدا کرد تا شاهد یکی از بهترین و قدرتمندترین اسمارت فون های سال 2014 باشیم.

Surely, many a month will pass until we hear the first round of rumors and speculations regarding LG’s next flagship smartphone, the LG G4, as the G3 is still relatively hot out of the oven. How do we know that it will be called the G4, some of you may ask. A spot-on question, indeed! Well, for starters, it comes pretty close to mind that LG won’t change horses in the middle of the stream, but we have something something to prove our words with, too. It appears that LG has just filed a patent application for the LG G4 name in its home country, which is a clear indication that there will be absolutely no surprises regarding the name of LG’s next flagship.
What’s more, the tech giant has also made sure that no one will be legally able to make an LG G5, LG G6, LG G7, LG G8, and LG G9-named device up until 2020, as it has filed trademark applications for these device monikers as well. Thus, it’s more than obvious that LG is not going to re-brand its flagship smartphone line of devices, as it has already made a name on the market. Or as the saying goes, “never change a winning team”.
The pioneer of the G line was no other than 2012’s LG Optimus G, followed by the LG G2 a year later. This year’s representative of the G series, the popular LG G3, is universally lauded as being one of the best and most important smartphones of 2014 so far. That said, it will be more than interesting to see how the LG G4 will try to woo us with in 2015.
