اواخر سال گذشته ( شمسی ) بود که اسمارت فون Blackphone با تمرکز بر روی امنیت داده ها و اطلاعات مختلف معرفی شد.اسمارتفونی که به ادعای سازندگانش دارای ویژگی های خاصی است که حریم خصوصی کاربر را به بهترین شکل حفظ میکند.اما ظاهرا این ادعا آنچنان هم درست نبوده چرا که در کنفرانس سالانه تیم امنیتی “BlackHat” این اسمارت فون تنها در 5 دقیقه هک شده است !
اما عجیب تر از هک شدن این بود که، اسمارت فون Blackphone حتی بدون این که “bootloader” (بوت لودر) آن باز شود روت گشت.
گزارش شده است که حتی با وجود پچ هایی جهت جلوگیری از “root exploit” (روت اکسپلویت) این اسمارت فون، باز هم کاربران قادر خواهند بود تا این پچ ها را به نحوی دور بزنند و به راحتی Blackphone را روت کنند.
جالب است بدانید که پس از معرفی این گوشی کارِ تبلیغاتی Blackphone آن تا جایی پیش رفت که سازندگان آن با کمپانی بلک بری پیرامون ایمن ترین پلتفرم موجود در بازار به کشمکش پرداختند.

To make matters even more interesting, the abovementioned feat was achieved without the need to unlock the Blackphone’s bootloader. Justin Case – the man behind the speedy root, used the feat to take a poke at Blackphone.
It is worth noting that the root exploit has been mostly patched already. The remaining root exploit is achievable only with the user’s consent.
Announced back in January, the Blackphone was touted as an Android smartphone that allows its users to take full control of their privacy. The device’s manufacturer has boasted about the device’s tight security features. Its efforts included a public spat with BlackBerry over whose platform is more secure.
Considering that the heavy security suite is the key selling point of the Blackphone, I find having the device rooted in five minutes a bit unnerving. What do you think?
